We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, personal check, money order, and cashier's check. Your credit card will get charged once the order is processed for shipping, or in the case of a custom order, as soon as the piece begins manufacturing.

Credit Card Charges
For non-custom items, your credit card will charged once your order has shipped.

If you plan on purchasing a special/custom order item (custom color, size, configuration, etc.), 100% of your special order item cost will be reflected on your card within (3) business days of making your order. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable since these items are made to order. If you are unsure whether your item is a "custom" order, please contact us.

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no longer valid, we will mail a check to the billing address from the original order. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.

Prices

Out of Stock/Backorder Products
In some cases items will be backordered and out of stock. You will be notified with estimated delivery time. We cannot give out exact delivery dates since we are waiting for these products from the factories. In some cases this can take up to 4 weeks.

Discontinued Items
