Shipping Company: We utilize UPS ground or any other alternative shipping company that works better for you. Call in advance to make arrangements. Tracking number will be emailed to you.

When are orders shipped: If the items are in stock, orders received will be shipped on the same day.
Out of Stock/Backorder ProductsIn some cases items will be backordered and out of stock. You will be notified with estimated delivery time. We cannot give out exact delivery dates since we are waiting for these products from the factories. In some cases this can take up to 4 weeks.
Delivery: Goods are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Any damaged or missing merchandise should be reported within 3 days and held in its original container for inspection.
Damaged Merchandise: We are only responsible for original manufacture damage or damage during shipping. Please report damaged merchandise to our office within 3 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy on our website.
Returned Goods: Any defective merchandise is given 100% credit or replaced at our option if defect is made known to us within 3 days of delivery.
